结语
碳达峰、碳中和目标是基于我国国情和科学论证确立的目标,不仅有路径、可操作,而且将带动一系列技术进步与发展,带来新投资、新产业、新交通、新建筑、新能源等,形成新的发展方式,深刻推动经济和社会进步及生态文明建设,助力实现经济、能源、环境、气候的共赢和可持续发展。
实现碳达峰与碳中和是一项复杂的系统工程,须谋划最优的战略路径,掌握好工作的节奏,积极而稳妥地把握好实现碳达峰、碳中和双目标的节奏。
碳达峰、碳中和,是参与全球的世纪大考,是从工业文明时代走向生态文明时代,是人类文明的赶考,中国不能落伍,历史要我们考出好成绩!

On Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization

Abstract: In 2020, China announced to the world its national goal of achieving carbon peak by 2030 and striving to achieve carbon neutralization by 2060. The dual targets of carbon peak and carbon neutralization are based on China's national conditions and scientific verification. There are paths to realize them and the paths are operable, they will also drive a series of technological progress, bring about new investment, new industries, new transportation, new buildings and new energy, help to form a new development mode, deeply promote economic and social progress and ecological preservation, create a win-win situation among the economy, energy, environment and climate, and promote sustainable development. Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization is a complex project. It is necessary to prepare an optimal strategic path, and keep a good grasp of the pace of the work to actively and steadily realize the dual targets.
