【摘要】在数字经济时代，平台资本成为我国经济发展的重要推动力量。然而，在“数字圈地”背景下，平台资本垄断泛金融化态势加剧，在金融领域加速扩张，面临潜在的金融风险。厘清平台资本垄断基本涵义，聚焦平台资本发展的特性和趋势，可以认识平台资本发展中面临的金融风险及其形成机理。在数字经济时代与新发展格局背景下，应把握平台经济发展规律，结合我国特有的国情辩证、灵活地吸收借鉴国际先进经验，并进一步完善平台资本的监管规则和治理体系，从而促进平台资本规范健康持续发展，助力实现我国经济高质量发展。

Financial Risks Prevention of Platform Capital Monopoly

Abstracts: In the era of digital economy, platform capital has become a key driving force for China's economic development. However, in "digital enclosure", the trend of pan-financialization of the platform capital monopoly has intensified, and the platform capital monopoly has accelerated its expansion in the financial sector, facing potential financial risks. By clarifying the basic concept of platform capital monopoly and focusing on the features and trends of platform capital development, the financial risks and its mechanism in the development of platform capital could be understood. In the era of digital economy and the new development pattern, to promote the well-regulated, healthy and sustainable development of platform capital to achieve the high-quality development of Chinese economy, it is necessary to be familiar with the development law of platform economy, dialectically and flexibly to draw on international experience with Chinese national conditions, and improve the administration mechanisms and regulatory system of platform capital.
